About us

Dentistry has always been a part of Dr. Skjei’s story. Growing up in rural western Minnesota with a father who was a dentist. Today, he is the youngest of eight dentists in his family. Since graduating from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry, he has incorporated those strong family values into the way he practices dentistry each and every day. You can expect to be treated like an extension of his family or an old friend with care that feels personal, comfortable and genuine.

Another passion of Dr. Skjei’s is making modern dentistry accessible and efficient. Technology, including same-day crowns has always been a priority of his since starting Lake Dental Care in 2014. With years of experience and a commitment to continued learning, Dr. Skjei has completed advanced Invisalign training and successfully finished over 500 Invisalign cases on his very own patients.

Known for his upbeat energy and friendly approach, Dr. Skjei has a way of making patients feel like friends! Outside of the office, Dr. Skjei spends his time with his wife Darcy and three daughters. He prefers to be outdoors whether that is hobby farming, hunting or jumping on the trampoline with his girls!

Dr. Pachuta is a native Minnesotan, born and raised in Eagan, MN. While earning a Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience with a minor in Psychology from the University of Minnesota he competed on the Track and Field team in the 800 meters and the 4x400 meter relay, obtaining All-American status in both events. Upon graduation he went on to earn his Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. 

Dr. Pachuta has advanced training from Spear in Scottsdale, Arizona as well as the Kois Center in Seattle, Washington.

Outside of the office, Dr. Pachuta spends most of his time hanging out with his wife and three kids. He also enjoys playing golf, reading, working out, and watching the latest Netflix shows. Dr. Pachuta likes to go to Gopher football games with his friends and family and cheering on the Vikings as they try to win their first Super Bowl.

Dr. Rogge is dedicated to providing comprehensive dental care using advanced techniques, modern technology and genuine human connection. He takes a personalized approach with each patient, believing that great dentistry starts with understanding individual needs and goals. Patients appreciate his calm demeanor, attention to detail and ability to make even complex dental care feel manageable. He has developed a special interest in sleep-related breathing disorders especially in children and continues to seek advanced training from renowned places such as The Breathe Institute. 

Before entering dentistry, Dr. Rogge grew up in Eden Prairie and spent three years playing junior hockey, an experience that helps shape his discipline, team work and work ethic. He went on to attend the University of Minnesota where he studied psychology and was a member of the Gopher men’s hockey team. He graduated with distinction from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry and received the James Jensen Award for Excellence in Endodontics. 

Outside of the office, Dr. Rogge enjoys staying active, exploring new restaurants and spending quality time with his wife, two kids and yorkie poo!
