Everyday, Katie gets to do something different. There’s always something new to learn at Lake Dental Care. These new experiences keep her motivated and keep the job interesting. But her loyalty, dependability and care transcend to her personal life as well. Katie loves spending time with her family, her fiancé, and her cat, Penelope.
Michelle absolutely loves her job and has a true passion for dentistry. She loves transforming people's smiles with cosmetic dentistry and helping to better educate patients about their teeth. Over the last 16 years, she’s worked hard to pursue continuing education and certifications including: oral sedation, Botox/Juvederm, CEREC, and Invisalign. Her work ethic and compassion make her a perfect fit at Lake Dental Care.
With over 30 years as a Dental Assistant, Debbie has had time to make personal connections with all her patients. Her cheerful and friendly personality make meeting new patients easy. Getting to know them and their families is one of the best parts of the job. When she’s not helping her co-workers in the office, she’s biking, hiking, and traveling with her family.
Rachel joined Lake Dental Care in 2019. She graduated from the University of Minnesota with a bachelor's degree in 2011. She grew up in Elk River where she met and married her high school sweetheart. Along with their dog Lola, Big Lake is where they’ve planted their roots and Rachel is loving the opportunity to provide quality patient care in her own community! Aside from dentistry, she is an avid Minnesota sports fan, loves to travel and enjoys anything outdoors.

With a love for meeting new people and the ability to make a difference in people’s lives, Laura has enjoyed her last 6 years as a dental hygienist. She’s certified in local anesthetic and nitrous oxide, and makes a point to stay at the top of her game with continuing education. It makes her heart happy when a nervous patient tells her they had their best experience yet while in her chair.
Kim has been in the dental field for 32 years, which means she’s spent most of her life helping people achieve optimum dental health. She’s taken that time to build strong relationships with her patients by providing thoughtful care and staying dedicated to their needs. But she’s also made time for her husband, her three children, and her cat and dog (Lucy and Maizy).
Vicki’s 20 years of experience as a patient coordinator make her an invaluable asset to the Lake Dental Care team. Her warm, caring, and personable nature make her a perfect fit for the role. In the office, she enjoys getting to know the patients and helping them with their dental care. But at home, she loves spending time with her husband, four daughters and nine grandchildren.
